It is a shortlisting layer over BoonBuy's catalogue: rows are pre-screened finds, and BoonBuy itself does the buying, inspecting and shipping. No order is placed from this page.
Is this BoonBuy's official website?
No. This is an independent buying guide written for US and European shoppers. Prices, service fees and refund rules always come from BoonBuy's own pages before you pay.
Do I need a BoonBuy account just to read rows?
No. Browsing is open to everyone. An account only becomes relevant when you order a row, because QC photos, warehouse storage and shipping options all live inside your order.

Which marketplaces can BoonBuy order from?
Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall and JD. Paste a listing link from any of the five; 1688 is usually the cheapest source for repeatable basics that do not need a branded box.
How does one row become an actual parcel?
Copy the row link into BoonBuy, set size and colour, write any detail you care about, pay for the item, review the QC photos, then choose a shipping line and pay freight.
Why do two rows for the same item differ in price?
Different sellers, different stock dates and sometimes bundle contents. The cheaper row wins when quality holds, and rows carry a note when the price has noticeably moved.
QC & shipping
What do QC photos actually show?
Standard sets cover several angles, labels and visible flaws. Before shipping, ask for extra close-ups whenever a seam, logo placement or a measurement is the thing you care about.
How is freight to the US or Europe estimated?
Chargeable weight — the larger of actual and volumetric — drives most of it, then destination and line speed. Estimate with real packed dimensions; volume moves far more than people expect.
Can several rows ship in one parcel?
Yes. Items sit in the warehouse during the free storage window and can go out together. One consolidated parcel usually beats several small ones on cost per kilo.
Money & safety
What exactly goes into my BoonBuy total?
Item price, the domestic leg inside China, international freight, BoonBuy's service fee, then customs and optional extras such as extra photos, insurance or reinforced packing.
What happens if the wrong item arrives?
Open the issue in your BoonBuy order using the QC photos as evidence. Returns are far easier while the goods are still in China than after they have crossed a border.
Are there things BoonBuy will not ship?
Yes. Batteries, aerosols, liquids with alcohol, replicas and other restricted goods get rejected by most lines. Check before ordering instead of after the parcel reaches the warehouse.

How current are these rows?
They are rechecked and either corrected or removed. Changes are recorded rather than applied silently, so you can see what moved since your last visit.
Should I trust the price shown?
Use the live listing. Prices move, and a stale number is worse than no number at all.
What is the fastest way to improve my results?
Read QC photographs carefully and measure instead of converting sizes. Those two habits prevent most of what goes wrong.
